A Supervisor and Team Lead in the retail industry are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. They manage a team of retail workers and coordinate schedules, tasks, and responsibilities to ensure productivity and sales goals are met.
