Job Summary

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager for a confidential direct hire opportunity in the Inland Empire region. This role is ideal for a hands-on, organized, and results-driven operations leader who can oversee warehouse operations, improve inventory accuracy, strengthen shipping and receiving processes, and lead a high-performing warehouse team.

The Warehouse Manager will play a key role in creating an efficient, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, material handling, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, stock rotation, discrepancy resolution, documentation, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and support warehouse staff while promoting accountability, productivity, teamwork, and a strong safety culture.
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, picking, packing, and material flow to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company safety procedures, quality requirements, and shipping documentation standards.
- Track warehouse KPIs, analyze operational trends, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements using WMS data and performance metrics.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $90,000 to $95,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, shipping, fulfillment, and warehouse layout optimization.
- Lead warehouse teams, assign daily priorities, monitor performance, and support training and accountability.
- Use WMS and warehouse technology to track inventory, shipments, productivity, and operational performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, accuracy, efficiency, and service levels.

- 6 to 10 years of warehouse management, logistics, distribution, manufacturing operations, or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, stock rotation, shipping, receiving, and warehouse documentation processes.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and warehouse-related software.
- Ability to interpret operational data, track KPIs, identify trends, and recommend practical improvements.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with regular walking and light lifting up to 15 lbs.
- Comfortable working in an environment that may include elevated noise levels and seasonal temperature changes in plant areas.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or plant warehouse environment.
- Background improving warehouse layouts, material flow, picking processes, packing workflows, or storage utilization.
- Experience implementing or improving WMS usage, inventory accuracy programs, safety initiatives, or warehouse KPI reporting.
- Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement projects in warehouse, logistics, or operations settings.
