About the Role
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Valencia warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, equipment readiness, quality control, receiving, shipping, and overall facility organization. This is a working manager position that actively participates in warehouse operations while leading warehouse teams and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Organize, track, and maintain accurate inventory
Manage receiving, shipping, staging, and order fulfillment
Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials
Prepare, package, and ship outbound orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
Support project staging and logistics preparation
Manage warehouse documentation and inventory systems
Train and mentor warehouse personnel
Collaborate with operations, sales, and project teams in all locations
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Required Qualifications
3+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience
Strong inventory control and organizational skills
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and able to learn inventory management software
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Forklift Certification
Experience managing large-scale inventory or tent and event-related materials
Experience with shipping and receiving operations
Experience supervising warehouse personnel
Compensation & Benefits
