Assistant Store Manager Jobs in Hawaii
An Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory and resource management. Their duties often include assigning work to employees, training staff, dealing with customer complaints, ensuring store cleanliness and organization, implementing store policies, and meeting sales targets. Important skills for an Assistant Store Manager include excellent customer service, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
