Material Handler

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Shift: USA-1

Location:  Cleveland MS

We are seeking a Material Handler I to safely and efficiently handle and move parts. The successful candidate will perform various hands-on tasks in a clean room environment, ensuring quality and following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

	
• Handle and move parts in a safe and efficient manner.
  
  	
• Perform quality checks/inspections and document as required.
  
  	
• Assist with in-production batch changeovers and line clearances.
  
  	
• Perform set-up and break-down functions as needed.
  
  	
• Rotate among various assigned tasks within the department.
  
  	
• Perform custodial and general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean workspace.
  
  	
• Complete any duties unique to the assigned department.
  
  	
• Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
  
  	
• Notify supervisor and take action for any safety, quality, mechanical, or discrepancy issues.
  
  	
• Work in a clean room environment.
  
  	
• Work overtime as required.
  
  

	
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and overtime.
  
  	
• Quick to learn, understand, and apply strict quality standards and SOPs.
  
  	
• Ability to execute duties in compliance with cGMP.
  
  	
• Good attention to detail and communication skills.
  
  

	
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repetitively.
  
  	
• Ability to lift 3 lbs above shoulder height repetitively.
  
  	
• Able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
  
  	
• Capable of climbing over ladders.
  
  

	
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
  
  	
• Previous experience in similar position.
