We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to support daily operations in a fast-paced industrial and manufacturing environment in Southaven, MS. In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving, staging, replenishing, and shipping materials throughout multiple areas of the facility using powered industrial equipment. This position plays a key role in maintaining production flow and operational efficiency, making safety, accuracy, and productivity essential to success. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced working in high-volume warehouse or manufacturing settings. Perks That Deliver Solid Weekly pay that shows up on time no games Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance coverage Optional 401(k) to help you plan ahead A team that's got your back and a path to move up What You'll Need to Get the Job Done Must have TRI LOADER experience (required) Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment, including tri-loaders and cherry pickers Ability to safely lift, move, and handle heavy materials throughout the shift Strong understanding of shipping standards, regulations, and shipping class codes Experience identifying and resolving cross-system shipment processing issues Comfortable using warehouse and shipping software systems to process and troubleshoot shipments Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to workplace safety Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities in a physically demanding environment Responsibilities: Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficiently Put away incoming freight and replenish materials for daily operations Supply cardboard boxes, bags, and other materials to production departments Transport finished goods to designated shipping and staging areas Operate powered industrial equipment with frequent on-and-off equipment use throughout the shift Accurately count, stage, and prepare materials for shipment or production Use handheld RF scanners to track inventory and process materials Read and verify Bills of Lading and resolve shipment discrepancies as needed Follow all company, federal, state, and local safety regulations and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through regular housekeeping Meet department expectations for quality, productivity, and attendance Assist with training and supporting new team members when needed People That Listen.
