Procurement Specialist I

Provides first-line support via phone, email, and ServiceNow (CRM), ensuring timely resolution of procurement-related inquiries in alignment with departmental SLAs. Documents all interactions in ServiceNow and performs necessary follow-ups to ensure issue closure.

Resolves or escalates issues related to purchase orders, vendor/product concerns, and Oracle iProcurement system usage. Partners with internal teams and external vendors to address account and ordering issues effectively.

Analyzes support ticket trends to identify recurring issues, recommends process improvements, and communicates findings to management. Supports implementation of approved corrective actions.

Maintains internal procurement documentation and supports end-user education on processes, procedures, and system updates. Assists with Oracle testing, system enhancements, supplier/product transitions, and other procurement projects as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 3+ years of customer service experience (required)
• Healthcare or multi-site purchasing/sourcing experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and online ordering systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
