What You'll Do
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers Obtain competitive quotes and perform pricing analysis Create, issue, and track purchase orders Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements Collaborate with operations, accounting, warehouse, and project management teams Resolve purchasing, delivery, and vendor-related issues
Key Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms Obtain competitive quotes and conduct pricing analysis Implement and manage purchasing requisition processes Create, issue, and monitor purchase orders Forecast purchasing needs and monitor inventory levels Develop and maintain strong vendor partnerships Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs and improve efficiencies Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures Collaborate with operations, accounting, warehouse, and project management teams Resolve invoice discrepancies, delivery delays, and supply chain issues Communicate delivery schedules, shipment updates, and potential project risks to internal stakeholders
What
We're Looking For
3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Bachelor's degree preferred Automotive industry experience is a plus

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
3+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Automotive industry experience is a plus
