Warranty & Inventory Coordinator

Hot Tubs Plus is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented team member to help manage warranty administration, inventory control, and service coordination in a fast-paced retail and service environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem solving, follow-through, and keeping systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Warranty claim tracking and customer follow-up
Inventory control and parts tracking
Service coordination and scheduling support
Receiving and tracking incoming parts/orders
Inventory counts and inventory accuracy support
Documentation and data entry in business software systems
Customer communication regarding service and warranty updates
General office support as needed

What Were Looking For:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong computer and data entry skills
Comfortable learning software systems and technology
Strong follow-through and communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities while staying organized
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software preferred
Experience with inventory, warranty processing, service coordination, office administration, or customer service is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Evosus software
Experience using QuickBooks
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets and basic formulas
Previous experience in a service, retail, inventory, or warranty administration environment
