Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Buyer to manage vendor purchasing, maintain optimal inventory levels, and negotiate competitive pricing. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless product availability, strong vendor partnerships, and efficient purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock alerts; plan and execute purchasing strategies
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and vendor agreements
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance
  • Resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoices, and products
  • Track, monitor, and expedite orders to meet delivery timelines
  • Maintain accurate purchasing data in ERP system (NAVision)
  • Manage product updates, pricing changes, and overstock returns
  • Perform administrative duties including email communication and phone coordination
