To Apply for this Job Click Here IN A NUTSHELL: The Inventory Specialist is a hands-on, high-volume transactional role responsible for the day-to-day execution of inventory tracking and receipt activities, focusing on both raw materials and finished goods. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in monitoring raw material and finished goods component inventory levels to help prevent stockouts or excess inventory. Help track supplier shipments to the 3PL network and maintain accurate records for inbound product flow. Gather data for supplyrelated reporting, including weekly operational updates and supplier performance tracking. Processing inventory receipts into ERP system QUALIFICATIONS: 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Accounting roles, preferably in a CPG or manufacturing environment. SKILLS: High proficiency in PO processing, inventory tracking, and managing complex material flows to contract manufacturers and 3PLs. Strong working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and procurement modules. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across internal and external partners Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with internal and external business partners Excellent relationship management and organizational skills, with a strong focus on risk mitigation.
