Position Overview:
The Inventory Coordinator I is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring materials are delivered to production lines promptly within the company's Electrophysiology division in Minnetonka, MN. The role supports the Volt catheter and Agilis introducer product lines, with a focus on minimally invasive heart procedures. The majority of work (6575%) takes place in a clean room environment, with the remainder in the warehouse. PPE is required in the clean room, and safety shoes are required for warehouse tasks; all PPE is provided. Training is approximately five weeks total, including four weeks shadowing a senior operator and an initial four-day onboarding in Minnetonka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Kit medical device production orders by accurately counting and documenting components to work orders in a clean room environment
- Perform material movements physically and systematically in SAP ERP
- Process Goods Receipts in SAP ERP
- Assign materials to production orders
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse machinery safely
- Handle chemicals in applicable areas with proper training and PPE provided
- Maintain a neat, safe, and compliant work environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet production goals
- Follow all regulated company processes, work instructions, and quality requirements
- Work overtime as required for business needs
