LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to fill their open Buyer job in Broomfield, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. You must also have previous experience working in the manufacturing industry.

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $28.00 and $33.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below). When you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company's competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the sales, manufacturing, and engineering teams to determine purchasing needs
• Sourcing and vetting vendors
• Negotiating with vendors and managing contracts
• Placing and tracking orders
• Tracking vendor KPIs
• Quoting, sourcing, and setting up new product parts
• Entering and updating purchase and inventory information in the MRP software
• Monitoring inventory and forecasting material needs
• Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills

Compensation:

• Hourly rate between $28.00 and $33.00
