The Sr. Purchasing Coordinators primary responsibilities are to provide oversight to the purchasing function for RRG. This position supports the Director of Project Management and provides the Project Management Team (Project Managers and Coordinators) with direct vendor purchase order and production tracking. The Sr. Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for delivering measurable results that achieve/exceed company objectives with respect to management of standard timelines, adherence to all established procedures, on demand reporting with respect to status of any specific project and related to delivery of products and services to RRG clients. The Sr. Purchasing Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the production purchase order function from beginning to end and will be a key point of contact for members within other functions such as Project Managers, Strategic Sourcing, Sales, Logistics, and Vendor Compliance.

**_Responsibilities:_**

+ Manage onboarding of all Purchasing Managers/Coordinators

+ Perform quick and value-added review of all purchase order processes

+ Provide PO statuses to Project Managers

+ Escalate issues to the Director of Project Management

+ Manage overall production timelines

+ Enforce and maintain an efficient purchasing process to include: (receive and review initial inquiries against established criteria, liaison to the project management team, coordinate with the logistics' team

+ Plan, execute, control, and complete work required to achieve results per client expectations and PO delivery dates

+ Identify buying trends, involved in supplier consolidation efforts as needed

+ Engage in the negotiation of enhanced pricing structures and optimized payment conditions

+ Initiate and approve production-related purchase orders with approved suppliers

+ Ensure final purchase orders are aligned with project managers cost grid and product specifications

+ Contributes to the strategic evaluation of qualified vendors and onboarding best practices

+ Maintains adherence to established protocols to ensure precision and integrity across all activities

+ Maintain and/or expand established supply chain to demonstrate competitive pricing and a desired quality

+ Oversee compliance with FSC standards and procedures to uphold responsible sourcing and traceability of forest-based materials

+ Continuous product life cycle testing

+ Coordinate efforts with project management team and suppliers on production-related quality control concerns; and work towards acceptable solutions

+ Manage a comprehensive supplier list to include capabilities for an efficient and accessible reference

+ Maintain required supplier audits, ensuring timely completion, documentation, and follow-up to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

+ Sustain ordering and inventory of company collateral ensuring timely availability and alignment with project and branding needs

+ Oversee and maintain inventory of office supplies

+ Reconcile monthly credit card statements for the General Managers credit card

**_Requirements:_**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ International experience required

+ 3-5 years of experience in a role related to project management, manufacturing, and/or supply chains.

+ Delivers project timelines on or ahead of schedule for at least 95% of annual initiatives

+ Drives strategy to retain and grow manufacturing supply chain partnerships

+ Owns end-to-end onboarding of new partners, ensuring full compliance with RRG procedures

+ Ensures accuracy of first costs, consistently achieving or surpassing established targets

+ Identify and mitigate risks safeguarding and enhancing margin performance

+ Lead onboarding efforts, enabling new talent to reach productivity benchmarks within 30 days

+ Accelerate purchasing workflow, continuously improving speed and accuracy of production status to project team

+ Uncover and executes opportunities to increase margin through process improvements, or cost optimization strategies
