In-Office Receptionist/Cashier

We are a family-owned HVAC Whole Distribution company in San Jose and have an immediate opening for an entry level, full-time Receptionist/Cashier. Are you the dependable, friendly, detail-oriented team member we are looking for? Starting pay will be $19 - $21 per hour depending on experience plus we pay 70% of benefits for employee and dependents! Hours will be 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday.

Main Duties:
Answer phones and greet all customers
Process customer payments
Daily filing
Assist other employees with various tasks as needed

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Minimum 1 year of office experience
Cash handling experience is preferred
Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills
Flexibility, working independently, and the ability to multi-task
Proficient in MS Excel and Word; Sage 100 is a big plus
High School Diploma or equivalent
