Preferred Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Required Skills, Abilities, & Experience:
Typically has 2-4 years of progressive experience in merchandising and internet.
Executional Excellence/Attention to Detail
Basic MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint); ability to get in and learn new systems and workflow tools
Basic retail understanding/business acumen
Communication and ability to work with a team

Role & Responsibilities:
Individual contributor position responsible for site proofing, functionality and launches.
Analyzes past trends and generates internet customer metrics reports.
Executes each internet window based on Merchant's assortment plans.
Owns the accuracy of the facts on the website - style number, price, description, sizes, colors, correct picture, correct swatches.
Works closely with Merchant to determine site features and product order and then ensures that site reflects this plan.
Assists Merchant in analyzing stock issues.
Typically reports to Internet Merchandiser. No direct reports.
