As the Lab Store Coordinator, you will play a key role in the movement of product between the Columbus Distribution Center and the Home Office Lab Store in a manner that is efficient and timely.
As the Lab Store Coordinator, you will:
- Ensures all new merchandise is fully inspected and the results communicated to the Merchandising team
- Monitors inventory control as directed by supervisor
- Transfers merchandise using the Company computer system (AS400). Ensures information entered is accurate and timely
- May operate equipment including a forklift and stock picker DC/Lab Store
- Pulls initial stock/sample merchandise for inspections. Opens samples/stocks for assembly
- Opens sample and stock merchandise for the Lab Store
- Removes trash and monitors AS-IS and storage merchandise racks
- Pulls product for photo room
- Loads and unloads Photo Room trailers
- Returns stock merchandise to appropriate area as directed by supervisor
- May require off-site photo shoots/visits as well as special projects
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum High School diploma
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to obtain forklift and stock picker license, Company will provide certification
