Job Details SQIRL: Hiring A HYBRID Runner/Cashier/FOH Team MemberThis is a hybrid roll as you may be a Cashier one day - a Runner the next - or work in Sqirl Away (our fun and producer driven market). You are part of the dynamic FoH fabric that makes Sqirl ...amazing.
This is for a 3-4 day a week position.
You also need to be a people person, enjoy being part of a team, and appreciated quality food and food service - enjoy what hospitality means. If you love to help people and guide their expereince and the first word people use to describe you is KIND, we'd love to meet you.
If you love regulars, enjoy getting to know them, and building a sense of community with your team members and your diners, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities
Maintain knowledge of food menu items and our specific standards for ordering
Greet and connect with every customer and help guide purchasing decisions
Continually grow knowledge of coffee, food items, market items, wine, beer and our regulars
Follow proper service and register/cash handling policies and procedures
Follow proper runner protocols
Requirements
Register/Cash handling experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Positive attitude and a deep understanding of hospitality during even the busiest of times
*Availability to work weekends

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $280
