Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customer payments are collected, authorized, and accurately processedcompleting daily financial reports with attention to detail
  • Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcomewhether in person or over the phone
  • Confirm and manage daily service appointments, rescheduling when needed and handling phone interactions with care
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns using phone, text, email, and our CRMoffering timely, thoughtful solutions
  • Organize and track customer feedback, escalating to management when additional support is needed
  • Maintain clear, accurate records of customer concerns and follow through until resolution
  • Build trust and rapport with customers and team members through respectful, reliable communication
  • Proactively engage with customersoften identifying needs and offering help before being asked
  • Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure a smooth, supportive customer experience
  • Learn and uphold the automotive manufacturers standards for customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Essentials:

  • You understand the value of listening and empathy, and you know how to make people feel comfortable and supported
  • Youre dependable, hardworking, and able to stay focused in a busy, fast-moving environment
  • Youve spent time helping customerssharing your knowledge, building trust, and making their experience a positive one
  • You bring at least one year of experience in a role where you interacted with customers, either in person or over the phone
  • Youre naturally friendly, upbeat, and enjoy being part of a team that works together
  • Youre open to feedback and see it as a helpful part of growing and improving
  • Youre available to work Monday through Saturday, and youre flexible when extra support is needed on holidays or weekends
  • Youre comfortable using computers and multitasking, especially with tools like Microsoft Office
  • You take pride in keeping your workspace neat, organized, and welcoming
