Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conduct standard requests for proposals; complete bid review; recommend resources to clients. Direct the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals. Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances. Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of own your job subject area and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. Work within broad guidelines and policies and explain difficult or sensitive information. #GWSPJM What you'll need Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of shown experience. Instead of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. Previous Project Management experience with commercial renovations and retail bank projects is a plus. General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. This is a Hybrid role that will require 2-3 days in the Boston, MA office per month as well as site visits throughout CT, MA and RI. The current expectation is for the selected candidate to work 3-4 days per week onsite or in the office and work from a home office the remaining time. Why CBRE?
