The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team focused on driving community engagement, supporting agent success, and fostering strong relationships through strategic outreach efforts. This role serves as the link between community presence and sales outcomes, ensuring outreach strategies are executed with precision, accountability, and alignment to specific market growth objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Team Leadership:** Directly manage a team of Field Marketing Executives, providing regular coaching, development, and performance evaluations.
+ **Strategic Execution:** Set clear expectations and accountability for community engagement, event execution, and support for sales initiatives.
+ **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor team metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with market growth goals.
+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales teams to align outreach strategies with sales objectives.
+ **Resource Management:** Oversee the allocation of resources for community outreach activities.
+ **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on outreach activities, performance, and outcomes.

**Qualifications:**
+ A bachelors degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field or equivalent experience
+ Extensive experience in marketing, preferably in the health care or insurance industry, and specifically in Medicare Advantage products
+ Exceptional leadership and management skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team of marketing professionals
+ Proven experience in community outreach or related roles.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Ability to create a strategy and analyze trends.
+ Must be willing to travel within the region to conduct field visits with the team.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Masters Degree
+ Knowledge of the Medicare Advantage market, products, regulations, and compliance standards
