Job Details We are searching for professional candidates who are passionate about high level hospitality, the art of pastry & baking and being of service to our guests and our shop! One year of retail Food & Beverage experience is recommended.

• Greeting and assisting customers with their bakery needs in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Displaying and selling a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, pastries, and more.
• Consistently & correctly providing product recommendations and answering customer inquiries about ingredients and flavors.
• Operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately.
• Being comfortable and working efficiently in a high paced kitchen environment.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bakery display area.
• Assisting with packaging and gift-wrapping bakery items for customers.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure product quality and safety.
• Collaborating with team members while being able to work independently to ensure a smooth and efficient bakery operation.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.00 - $17.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $200
