Daily Responsibilities:

• Exemplify and ensure company's Mission and Values are upheld in daily operations
• Provide exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations
• Supervise and motivate associates to maintain high levels of enthusiasm and commitment
• Maintain store appearance and stock areas, including restocking and creating merchandise displays
• Train new associates in product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service

Required Skills:

• Experience in store operations and retail management
• Strong knowledge of merchandising and planograms
• Ability to handle bank deposits, cash management, and expense control
• Excellent customer support and cashier skills
• Familiarity with asset protection and order management
