Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels
• Order merchandise and ensure timely delivery
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
• Execute planograms and maintain store layout

Required Skills:

• Strong sales background with proven success in driving sales growth
• Experience in outside sales, prospecting, and closing deals
• Ability to conduct bank deposits and manage financial transactions
• Excellent presentation skills and experience in sales presentations
• Knowledge of territory and regional sales techniques

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in consultative sales and trade shows
• Background in retail sales and sales training
• Customer support experience in a sales environment

Salary and Benefits:

The Sales Manager position at Butlers Sales & Service offers a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $54,000 annually. In addition, we provide vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, paid time off, and a Simple IRA plan.
