We're looking for a friendly and responsible Sales Associate/ front-of-house team member to be the welcoming face of our shop!
Full Time.
What You'll Do:
-Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
-Become an expert on our products and share your knowledge with customers to enhance their experience.
-Provide excellent customer service, address customers' needs, and answer their questions promptly and effectively.
-Package, weigh, label, and price products for full-service and self-service cases.
-Taking orders and making sure customers receive their orders correctly.
-Maintain display cases to ensure product quality, cleanliness, and accuracy of signs and pricing.
-Organize, rotate, and stock workstation and department supplies.
-Support the team with various FOH tasks as needed.
