Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through one call resolution
  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism
  • Process payments and ensure asset protection
  • Enter orders accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly

Required Skills:

  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet service sales goals
  • Strong understanding of service standards
  • Proficiency in order processing and payment handling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and complaint resolution

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with inbound/outbound calling
  • Knowledge of merchandising and accounts receivable
  • Cashier skills for processing transactions
