Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Overall Responsibilities And Duties:
The Inventory Analyst will manage the physical inventory and the cycle counting activities. They will provide data for inventory accuracy indicators and discrepancies' analysis. The Inventory Analyst will define and execute corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
The main missions of the role are:
Manage the Inventory Cycle Counting according to Faurecia procedures
Analyze inventory gaps
Participate in the preparation and execution of the physical inventories
Participate in the definition of the counting procedures with the Finance department
Provide all necessary data for inventory accuracy indicators and discrepancies' analysis
Measure the inventory accuracy
Propose action plans to reduce inventory discrepancies
Follow up and report daily relevant indicators (Number of counts, Negatives stocks, non-processed transactions, etc.)
Actively participate and support the action plans to improve inventory accuracy
Ensure regular contact with other departments outside the work group
Participate in Cross Functional Teams to find solutions to improve inventory accuracy
Ensure the implementation and the respect of those actions within the organization

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: High School Diploma or GED
Skills and competencies:
Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management
SAP/ERP System Comprehension
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Package, especially in Excel
Understanding Warehouse Management Best Practices
Ability to analyse situations and interpret trends
Understanding of inventory turnover, safety stock, etc
Forvia Leadership Competencies: Strategic Mindset, Collaborates with Others, and Organizing
Open-mindedness, Drive and Agility
