Ferguson Blended is currently seeking an individual with the right skills to fill the need for a Dual Trade Sales Manager (Residential HVAC/Plumbing) in the Ohio South Central area. We are looking for a professional in management who will focus on managing assigned branch locations to ensure cost effectiveness, quality branch operations, human resource development of associates and commitment to implementing branch excellence.
Position Details- Reports to the General Manager
- Details: Roughly $50 Million market for us today, 11 locations
- Must be located in the Cincinnati/Dayton/Columbus area
Responsibilities
- Supervise the management of a given number of locations in a defined geographic area.
- Lead the overall associate management of branch locations including hiring, associate mentoring, and career development.
- Plan, control, and advise the activities of locations within a division/area and focuses on location level profit and loss responsibility.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Responsible for balancing performance standards and the cultural intangibles that make our company great.
- Ensure the locations in their designated area deliver world-class customer service with every transaction.
- When necessary, serve as the main contact for customer conflict resolution and provide our customers with confidence every day.
- Collaborate closely with vendor reps to drive Business Group strategy and ensure we are the best path to market.
- Work with leadership to implement strategy and grow sales in the defined area to include house accounts.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years direct management / leadership experience for associates and their performance, industry experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, & planning experience
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
- Selfmotivated and enthusiastic with critical attention to detail and reporting
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
- Product and vendor knowledge
- Good judgment and ability to see the "big picture"
- Results oriented, able to complete work on time, build relationships and enjoy a team environment.
- Self-confident, strong communication and organizational skills, and inquisitive
- Daily travel is required

Pay Range:

$7,949.70 - $17,325.00-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
