Lead Extended Service Business in the Kansas City and Memphis Regions. Be a subject matter expert in ESB products, F&I sales process and ESB service operations. Lead dealer facing presentations and interact with key individuals in the market to deliver ESB sales objectives.
**This position is a remote role located in Kansas City, MO or Memphis, TN that requires frequent regional travel.**
**In this role, you will be responsible for:**
+ Ford / Lincoln Protect & ESC dealer acquisitions & retentions
+ Make professional product presentations to customers and dealership personnel
+ Be a subject matter expert in ESB including advising dealers on the structure of their business
+ Identify industry trends and take actions to stay ahead of these trends
+ Respond to dealer and customer sales inquiries
+ Support Market Area / Region / Zone ESB business plan implementation
+ Promote the use of available tools to grow ESB market share
+ Coordinate deployment of 3 rd party dealer support resources within territory
+ Work with facing FMCC dealer contact teams to grow ESB market share
+ Gather region & market competitive intelligence as needed
+ Support ESB Sales & Marketing Management Team
+ Deliver ESB product and program updates to regional teams and dealers
+ Complete assignments and Travel Expense Reports on-time
**Youll have:**
+ 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and Service
+ Bachelors Degree
+ Ford Motor Co. Field & Dealer contact experience
+ Multiple years of knowledge and understanding of dealership operations
+ Ability to manage multiple, often conflicting, priorities
+ Basic understanding of Insurance principles a positive
+ Prior LL6 experience desired but not required
