Material Handler- Assembly 2nd Shift

Material Handlers provide general labor support to production and pack on demand lines or other areas by assembling trays, lids, feed tapers, palletizing and configuring gift orders for expedited processing of customer orders.

• Build pallets according to storage specifications
• Ensure quality assurance and vendor compliance
• Physically stack and unstack pallets
• Support the shipping line with constant flow of product or removal
• Read SKU numbers and sort product by size/SKU of box to prepare it for loading
• Use Hand Jack

• Operate an Electric riding pallet jack in ambient temperature environment.

• Deliver product to different production lines

• May be asked to work production lines or in freezer areas

• Break down pallets

• Lift up to 50lbs consistently

• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Must be able to read English

Must be able to operate Electric riding pallet jack

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Must be able to stand up to 10 hours a day
