Counter Sales Associate & Tool Repair Technician

As a 100% employee-owned construction supply company, we take pride in delivering specialty products to construction companies throughout Northern California. Schedule - Monday-Friday 40+ hours

Daily Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to our walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.

• Repair and maintain a variety of construction tools and equipment

• Work closely with the Sales teams to ensure customer expectations are met

• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system, and provides order information to customers. 

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

• Continually develop and maintain strong product knowledge

• Manage inventory and pull orders as required

Required Skills:

• Eager to grow!

• Strong customer service 

• Payment processing knowledge

• Experience with order entry and processing

• Mechanic ability

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of construction and industrial products

• Experience with point-of-sale systems

• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes

• Merchandising experience

• Spanish language proficiency

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly: $20 - $30+ depending on experience
