As an intern, youll assist with day-to-day studio operations and play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for guests and members. Under the guidance of studio leadership, you'll learn how to support membership growth and retention through excellent service and communication.

Responsibilities:
Learn and support sales efforts by assisting with membership inquiries and understanding the sales process.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and addressing basic member questions.
• Support member retention by observing and learning about operational workflows, customer satisfaction strategies, and follow-up best practices.
• Promote the Stretch Zone brand by learning how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching and shadowing experienced sales team members.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive studio culture and support studio goals.
