Position: Inbound Sales Representative

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Worksite Arrangement: On-site 5 days/week

Compensation: Guaranteed paid training and ramp-up package during evaluation period

• OTE first year earnings average $60,000 annually with the performance-based commission structure
• Top performers have earnings over $100,000 annually in this role

Schedule : M-F, 9am-6pm ET

Overview:

National Medicare Group is looking for motivated Inbound Sales Representatives in the healthcare industry. This position's focus is helping individuals navigate and secure Medicare options in a high-growth sales environment that rewards a strong work ethic. Y oull receive paid training , personalized coaching , tools, and support you need to succeed as a Licensed Independent Sales Consultant.

This role is perfect for those who bring high energy and focus into their work and are looking for a launchpad to career growth in an impactful industry. No prior healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with high-quality inbound leads and follow a proven sales process to meet daily and weekly goals, in order to make Medicare easier, faster, and friendlier for the people who need it most
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, team huddles, and 1:1 coaching to continuously improve your sales approach
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability around attendance and performance
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and licensing requirements once licensed

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a customer service, sales, high-volume call center, or hospitality environment (i.e., restaurant experience)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment
• Patience, resilience, and a passion for helping others
• Must be eligible to pass a background check and obtain a sales license (training and support provided)
