Sales Associate

Sjoblom's is a locally owned plant nursery, greenhouse, pet store, and gift shop. With only a few staff members, everyone does a bit of everything. We are looking for a detail-oriented retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all gift shop and greenhouse sales duties. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to familiarize yourself with our products and promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, maintaining our store s visual appearance with high standards should be your priority. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while taking the initiative to complete other necessary tasks around the shop.
