Our Sales Associates work one-on-one with customers using our consultative sales process to find equipment solutions to best meet their fitness needs. Our most successful Sales Associates have a solid sales and/or customer service background, are goal driven, and bring high-energy, passion and a great work ethic. They excel at finding creative solutions, cultivating relationships and closing opportunities. Fitness enthusiasts are a plus but it is not required. Responsibilities and Duties This position would require working in several of our locations as well as weekend work. You must be reliable and a team player. excellent communication skills and attention to detail; a solid understanding of fitness and is active in fitness oriented lifestyle; an understanding of sales methods and techniques and A strong desire to reach sales goals and financial rewards. Qualifications and Skills Proven sales experience (retail, showroom, or consultative sales preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident closing and negotiation ability Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to quickly learn technical product knowledge Fitness industry experience is a plus but we will train Benefits We have been in business since 1988 and rarely have sales positions available.
