In this role, you'll:
- Support day-to-day store operations
- Lead and coach team members
- Help manage inventory, cash handling & store performance
- Deliver excellent guest service and resolve concerns quickly
- Support hiring, training & scheduling
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and in-stock store
We're looking for:
1-2 years of leadership experience (retail or convenience store preferred)
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Flexible availability for evenings/weekends/holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18+ and able to pass background check & drug screen
