What Youll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations of the sales department
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the service department
  • Collaborate with finance, service, and inventory teams to streamline operations

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferred: Knowledge of dealership operations and financing options
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and dealership operations
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus
