Retail Store Manager- 8th & Main

8th & Main is a locally owned retail business with locations in Vancouver and Victoria. We are looking to fill the role of Store Manager at our location at 2403 Main St.

Job Description:

As Store Manager you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly from staffing to stock organization. You will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, setting a high standard for customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Previous management and retail experience is essential and merchandising experience is a plus

Required Skills and Attributes:

Experience in clothing retail
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to delegate and coordinate with your team and other Managers
Excellent abilities in multi-tasking and priority management
Strong verbal and written communication
Hardworking and friendly
Interest in both new and vintage clothing
