Insurance Sales Representative (Hourly + Commission) State Farm

Jackie Sanchez State Farm is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative in Redondo Beach, California. If youre self-motivated, enjoy building relationships, and have a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.

Location: 2772 Artesia Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA 90278

What Youll Do
Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and other assigned lead sources
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Meet minimum outbound call volume requirements
Work toward and achieve minimum production goals
Explain State Farm insurance options and guide customers to appropriate coverage
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
Required Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience (examples: car sales, jewelry sales, retail sales with commission, etc.)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a performance-based role
Reliable attendance and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
Active insurance license (preferred, but not required)
Bilingual Spanish (preferred, not required)
Important: If you do not currently hold an insurance license, you must be able to obtain one upon starting.

Schedule
Monday Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay
Hourly base: $19.00 $21.00 per hour
Commission-based compensation (performance driven)
