Support Analyst / Material Handler

Role Overview We are hiring a Support Analyst / Material Handler to execute daily operations for inspection, work order updates (learn and use ProcureAnt), de-kitting, and disposition preparation of decommissioned network hardware. The role ensures accuracy, traceability, and proper handling before warehouse handover.
Key Responsibilities Inbound Inspection (Decom Hold) • Perform visual inspection for damage • Validate: o Component completeness o Packaging & labeling o Country of Origin (COO) o Serial numbers (S/N) • Flag discrepancies and exceptions
Work Order Management (ProcureAnt) • Update WOs with: o GPN quantity o S/N and COO o Hardware attributes • Ensure systemphysical alignment
Inventory Processing (De-kitting) • Breakdown equipment by GPN/material type • Move items to Main inventory locations • Maintain traceable and organized staging
Decom Hold & Disposition • Perform basic configuration checks • Retrofit missing components (if required) • Route inventory to: o Reuse / Remarket / Scrap
Handover & Packaging • Handover materials to Warehouse Vendor • Maintain packaging supplies inventory • Ensure hardware is securely packed to prevent damage
Key Skills & Experience • 36 years in warehouse ops, hardware handling, or IT asset management • Familiarity with network components and inventory processes • Learn and use ProcureAnt • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physical Requirements • Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 40 lbs • Comfortable working in warehouse/hub environments • Adherence to safety and handling standards
Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 a year
