• Plan, schedule, and procure raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production.
• Manage purchasing activities and supplier coordination.
• Analyze demand, inventory levels, and production schedules to ensure material availability.
• Track supplier performance, pricing trends, and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
• Resolve material shortages, supply issues, and scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate planning and procurement data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Support inventory optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of Buyer, Planner, Production Scheduler, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Materials Management experience.
• Strong production scheduling and purchasing background.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing suppliers and material planning activities.
