Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality shopping experiences
• Drive individual and team sales through strong product knowledge and customer engagement
• Meet and exceed established sales goals
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain boutique standards through merchandising, restocking, and inventory care
• Receive, tag, and stock new merchandise
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including store readiness and security
• Uphold loss prevention practices and store policies
• Perform basic floral care and maintenance as needed

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred; boutique or specialty retail experience strongly valued
