• Managing daily production roll-up reports and participating in business unit (BU) material requirement meetings
  
  	
• Tracking material shortages and providing timely updates to stakeholders
  
  	
• Coordinating with Buyers, Project Managers, Planning, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations
  
  	
• Prioritizing purchase orders (POs) and monitoring inventory availability across multiple organizations
  
  	
• Supporting PSQI, RTS processes, logistics coordination, and customer service request (CSR) creation
  
  	
• Identifying and escalating critical shortages with detailed status updates
  
  

	
• Have a Bachelor’s degree (required)
  
  	
• Must have  strong working knowledge of SAP ecosystems, including SCV data consolidation and SAP Ariba sourcing and procurement solutions
  
  	
• Bring 1 to 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or materials management environment
  
  	
• Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
  
  	
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  
  	
• Excel at managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
  	
• Have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  
  	
• Possess knowledge of material management processes and manufacturing operations
  
  	
• Are experienced in data analysis and reporting; SAP experience is preferred
  
  	
• Have mechanical knowledge (preferred)
  
  	
• Are comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
