Job Title: Merial Receiver/Handler
Position Overview
The Merial Receiver/Handler is responsible for managing the receipt and handling of construction merials the job site. This role ensures accure unloading, verificion, and documention of merials, while maintaining clear communicion with the project management team regarding inventory stus.
Key Responsibilities
- Merial Handling
- Safely unload merials delivered to the construction site.
- Inspect and verify merials against purchase orders and delivery documention.
- Organize and store merials in designed areas to maintain site efficiency and safety.
- Inventory Management
- Record and track all received merials.
- Upde inventory logs and communice merial stus to the project management team.
- Report discrepancies or damaged merials promptly.
- Documention & Reporting
- Maintain accure records of deliveries and inventory levels.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly inventory reports as required.
- Technology & Software
- Utilize Oracle-based receiving software for merial tracking.
- Perform basic da entry and reporting using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Learn and adapt to new software tools as needed.
Qualificions
- Experience
- Prior experience in merial handling or warehouse operions preferred.
- Familiarity with construction site operions is a plus.
- Skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn and use Oracle-based inventory systems.
- Strong organizional and communicion skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move merials safely.
- Certificions
- Must be forklift certified or have the ability to become certified.

- Commitment to safety protocols and site regulions.
- Ability to work in outdoor and fast-paced environments.
