PeopleReady of Coeur d'Alene, ID is now hiring Merchandisers in Moses Lake, WA! The Merchandiser will be responsible for setting product, ensuring placement; servicing, troubleshooting/repairing, and cleaning products; collecting and reporting detailed inventory data; and moving product from the stock room to the sales floor. You will also work closely with retail associates and managers informing them of new product launches, promotions, and procedures

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $22 - $22 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Merchandiser :

• Comfortable workingwithminimal supervision
• Must be able to complete visits with verbal and/or written instructions.
• Must be available for regularcommunication; primarily via email and telephone with supervisor.
• Set product, perform resets, inventory counts, and move product from stock room to sales floor.
• Build relationships with store personnel in order to achieve the goals of this program.
• Work assigned daytime store visit schedule
• Receive feedback and suggestions on shelf and display allocation decisions by store management
• Communicate with store management and associates consistently to build relationships
• Conduct store visits according to the designated frequency
• Displays a professional demeanor while representing the client and our company

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Experience in grocery, c-store, or related field
• Extensive knowledge of products
• Able to build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel
• Works independently with little supervision
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning any new industry specific software
• Attention to detail and organized
• Proof of Insurability, Class B license preferred, and a clean driving record
• Experience in grocery, c-store, or related field
• High school education or GED
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds at times
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facility.
