Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and product information
-Facilitate customer and visitor check-in ensuring a smooth and professional arrival experience
-Accurately process purchase orders and invoices
-Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
-Track freight, manage shipping delays, and respond to broker and customer inquiries

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); experience with ERP and EDI systems preferred
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-Prior customer service, logistics, or operations experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment
