About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support travel-related client inquiries and booking coordination. This is a remote position supporting clients with travel planning assistance, itinerary updates, and general service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms
Assist with travel-related requests, including bookings, modifications, and general support
Communicate clearly with vendors and suppliers when needed

Maintain organized records of client interactions and requests

Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn booking or CRM systems
Close attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently
Prior customer service or travel-related experience is a plus, but not required
