About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer financial services and retail partnership space, is seeking a Marketing Manager Cardholder Marketing Execution to support the execution of customer marketing programs across a large retail credit card portfolio.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex campaign workflows, and has experience driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

You Will:
  • Execute end-to-end cardholder marketing campaigns across various stages of the customer lifecycle, including activation, engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Manage campaign deployment across digital and traditional marketing channels, including email, direct mail, digital placements, and partner-owned channels.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Digital, Operations, Analytics, Technology, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Own campaign workflow management from intake through launch, including requirements gathering, creative routing, approvals, production coordination, and launch validation.
  • Support creative development processes by managing asset collection, revisions, stakeholder reviews, and final approvals.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with established operational controls, regulatory requirements, and internal governance processes.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and records to support audits, reviews, and reporting needs.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively identify and resolve execution risks.
You Have:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, and marketing operations.
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience using Workfront or similar workflow/project management platforms.
  • Experience partnering with creative, digital, analytics, legal, compliance, and operational teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting customer lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs, or financial services marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with highly regulated marketing environments and approval processes.
  • Experience managing campaign execution for retail, consumer finance, credit card, or loyalty programs.
