Call Center Sales Representative (Remote)

Our client is seeking Remote Call Center Sales Representatives within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT. This is a work from home position only.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently by assisting customers throughout the loan application process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a clear understanding of the features and benefits of our client's products and services
• Initiate outbound calls to customers who have not completed their loan application
• Ensure excellent customer service through excellent verbal and written communication
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts

Requirements:

• Experience in a call center setting is preferred
• Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their functions
• Multitasking abilities, skilled in setting priorities and managing time effectively

Pay and Benefits:

Work hours:
Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central Time. Some schedules may require working one weekend day.
