Wisconsin Distributors is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Order Selector/Picker to join our warehouse team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders are accurately selected, built, and loaded for delivery. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team that keeps products moving efficiently, we'd love to hear from you. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Locate products throughout the warehouse using order sheets.
- Efficiently and accurately pull products from warehouse racking and pallets.
- Build bulk customer orders on pallets from warehouse inventory.
- Verify the correct number and type of products are selected and loaded.
- Wrap completed orders prior to loading onto delivery trucks.
- Load trucks according to order instructions using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts.
- Maintain warehouse equipment and report malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Schedule
- Sunday through Thursday, starting at 10:00 a.m.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $19.00 per hour

Education & Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working in a warehouse setting a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience operating forklifts and/or pallet jacks preferred, but not required.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work overtime when business needs require.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and warehouse documentation.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and tools, including computers, iPads, hoists, hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, and various hand tools.
